Controls are a live feature.
The most reliable control reference is the prompt inside Hop.Earth itself. It reflects the device and version you are using; this matters when the project is updated or when you switch from desktop to a phone.
Before driving
Open the game on a keyboard-equipped desktop browser where possible. Let the initial prompt finish loading before you choose a location or start pressing inputs.
Summon / reset
Community early-access reports reference the X key for calling a vehicle and for a respawn flow. Treat that as a useful cue—not a permanent control binding—and confirm it in the current in-game UI.
When the route breaks
If your car is stuck, the road has not appeared, or an input seems unresponsive, stop and use the live prompt or the troubleshooting checklist rather than guessing at repeated key presses.
