Try these steps in order.
Confirm the official launch page opens
Open Hop.Earth directly in a current browser. If it does not load, try a private window with extensions disabled; content blockers can interfere with browser-game assets.
Check WebGL and hardware acceleration
Hop.Earth needs browser graphics capability. Update the browser, enable hardware acceleration if it is disabled, and close GPU-heavy tabs before retrying.
Retry a failed join only after a short pause
Early-access players have reported temporary join and race-server failures during periods of high traffic. A single later retry is more useful than rapid reloads.
Change the location when roads fail to appear
If a road looks incomplete, start again with a connected urban area or well-known coast road. Record what happened and the place you selected if you need to report the issue.
